Low Moisture Steam Cleaners - Unsuitable for Degreasing Jobs

Low Moisture Steam Cleaners for Degreasing Jobs
To deal with the challenging cleaning jobs in industrial environments, cleaning professionals routinely turn to low moisture steam cleaners. By ejecting steam at extremely high temperatures, these steam cleaners help simplify the toughest of cleaning activities. The KleenJet® Supreme 3000CV, provided by Daimer®, is an excellent steam cleaner capable of ejecting steam at pressure levels at 115 psi and temperatures as high as 364ºF. The superdense steam guarantees the best-ever cleaning results.

Although low moisture steam cleaners do help manage a wide array of cleaning operations, they are not ideal for heavy-duty degreasing tasks in industrial areas. Effective degreasing calls for powerful cleaning machines such as pressure washers, featuring high temperatures, high pressure levels, and low flow rates. While low moisture steam cleaners can generate steam at high temperatures, they do not possess the kind of pressure levels needed for efficient degreasing. As a result, these steam cleaning units are not powerful enough to tackle degreasing applications.

The right machines for degreasing are steam pressure washers in the SuperMax™ series from Daimer®. Unlike low moisture steam cleaners, steam pressure cleaners can generate steam at high pressure levels. While the hot steam dissolves greasy deposits, the high pressure levels blast away the dissolved deposits. The SuperMax™ 6120SCW is a type of steam pressure cleaning equipment that generates pressure levels of 1000 psi, flow rates of 0.5 GPM, and steam temperatures of up to 250ºF.
